Aetna Shirt is one of the few remaining woven shirt manufacturers in the United States. We manufacture high quality, single needle, small stitch casual, dress, formal and professional shirts for established retailers, as well as religious, military, and institutional clients.

We accept orders for 1-10,000 shirts, and we can use a private label or our own label. We make shirts from size 14 through big and tall, up to 22" neck and 39" sleeves. We also make boys' shirts and ladies' blouses.

We have produced shirts under major designer labels, and for fine menswear and department stores. We currently make formal shirts for the U.S. Army, Air Force, Navy and Marines. We also help start-up shirt makers develop their lines and create samples. All our shirts are manufactured in our Baltimore, Maryland facility.

We manufacture bowties, vests, and cummerbunds, and we have diverse domestic and imported fabric sources. We can use supplied goods or own own.

We have diversified into medical lab coats and other sewn products, and can manufacture woven fabrics according to your specifications.
