This entitles the physician to one medium weight (MW) blend coat with the FOGS logo embroidered on the right chest, and includes up to two lines of embroidery on the left chest, in the embroidery color and font of your choice. Please provide embroidery information exactly as you want it, with exact case(upper/lower) and punctuation. Embroidery fonts and colors can be found on the embroidery page. Other options such as belts, inside pocket zippers, and chef buttons are available at the regular prices.
Shipping for gift certificate coats is included at no charge to you, so please ignore the shipping charge when redeeming Gift Certificates.
When ordering non-Gift Certificate coats, the shipping is $10.00 for the first coat, and only $1.50 for each additional coat.
